Opportunities to Serve

God has used the B-Town model in Bloomington, IN. IFM is now launching a Midwest Expansion, beginning with Purdue University and other strategic campuses in the Midwest with large international student populations. The plan is to train staff and teams in Bloomington, then send them to plant the same disciple-making, student-led, church-integrated ministry on other campuses.

We are actively seeking mission-driven team members for the following positions:

Bloomington Ministry Staff

Full-Time
  • Serve international students at the campus of Indiana University
  • One Year structured on-the-job ministry training in Bloomington
  • After year one, continue serving on the Bloomington team
  • Includes a 50% support supplement during the first year

Midwest Expansion Staff

Full-Time
  • One Year structured on-the-job ministry training in Bloomington
  • After year one, help launch new ministry in a Midwest university
  • Includes a 50% support supplement during the first year

Development Staff

Full-Time
  • Strengthen IFM’s Midwest expansion by leading fundraising and donor development efforts
  • Role is based in Bloomington, IN
  • No support-raising required

Internship

Various
  • Available year-long, semester-long, or during the summer.
  • Gain 8–15 weeks of hands-on ministry experience in semester or summer terms
  • A paid internship with housing may be available depending on availability
